PDM is a political party
which was founded in 20th September 2020. It is made against the
working of PTI government. Many politicians took part in PDM and carried out
gatherings in different cities of Pakistan. There are many main points in PDM
agenda the main one is related with inflation.
The rate of inflation is
increasing in PTI government and many people are upset due to this increase in
prices. When government announces the decrease in prices then the things are
short in market and people are not able to get them. When the prices are
increased then the things are available in the market.
Government must make sure
that when prices are decreased even then the things are available in the
market. Government is taking steps through which things are available at
government departments on regular prices. However private stores are selling
them at high prices.
This policy is not working
well as private market professionals are purchasing things at reduced prices
from government departments and then selling them at high prices. Government must
make sure that the prices of things of routine use must be similar in public
and private sector.
Reducing prices in some
places is not enough as people have to use things of routine use and they want
them at normal prices. Government must take steps to make sure that fruits and
vegetables and things of routine use can be obtained at standard prices. Government
must issue the standard rates of sugar and rice and flour so that all shops can
sell these and other things on standard rates.
Inflation is the main issue
due to which people of Pakistan are upset and not happy with the working of PTI
government. PDM is using inflation as a main point in gatherings and demanding
a reduction in prices. Another major issue is reduction in employment rate. Corona
virus problems are increasing with time and there is no proper cure for this
disease.
As a result the old jobs are
reducing and new jobs are not coming. Many people are jobless and starting
their businesses. However the purchasing power of people is also reducing due
to which they are not able to purchase things of routine use. Government must
start factories in public sector to make sure that new jobs are available for
people.
Government has many
resources and it can use them to increase jobs and employment for people. Government
must also support the private sector so that they can give more jobs to people.
When the jobs will be increased then the standard of living of people will be
improved.
PDM is also focusing on the
issue of unemployment as the PTI government is not increasing jobs for public. Many
old businesses are threatened by government departments in the form of
investigations for checking the sources of income. In this manner the working
professionals is disturbed and they are afraid from starting business in
Pakistan.
PTI government must support
the professionals to make sure that they can invest their money in Pakistan and
start businesses so that the employment can be increased. PDM has many
gatherings and meetings in past in which old and new political leaders
participated and many people also took part as the public is not happy with the
current situation.
If PTI government is solving
the issues of inflation and unemployment in Pakistan then the public will be
happy. At present the issues of inflation and unemployment are increasing with
time due to which many people are upset and taking part in PDM gatherings. However
government is sure to complete the tenure of five years with success.
Government is focusing on
recovery of money from previous governments as their images are destructed in
public. Government has blamed the previous governments in Pakistan for taking debts
in name of the country and using for personal benefits. However not much
recoveries are done so far and old leaders are facing with legal proceedings
and spending time in jails however due to lack of evidence many are freed.
Many people also think that
PTI government is only taking revenge from old politicians and there are no
basis of blames and arrests of political leaders. Main issues of inflation and
unemployment must be solved by PTI government to make sure that people can be
happy.
People had many hopes with
Imran Khan and PTI government due to which they selected this new government
but they are not happy with the results. Many political leaders including
Marium Nawaz and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are taking part in PDM gatherings.
Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman is
also taking part in PDM gatherings. It is also expected that the PTI government
will not complete the tenure of five years. Many people are also not happy with
the working of PTI government in the form of destruction of old buildings in
illegal extensions. If these buildings were not destructed and people were
imposed with fines then government was able to gather a lot of money without
facing troubles.
At present many buildings
are destroyed in illegal extensions, which is not good step from PTI
government. Government must impose fines on such illegal extensions so that
people can avoid them in future and government can gain some monetary benefits.
Destruction of old buildings is not giving any benefits to government or the
public but it is giving losses to government and public.
PTI government is also
trying to increase the tax net but problems in starting and doing businesses
are not good. If government will promote business in Pakistan then people will
earn a lot of money and give taxes which will be beneficial for government and
also for the public.
PDM is trying to end the
term of PTI government however government is hopeful to complete the tenure and
get a lot of success. Another issue was with the petrol prices. In past PTI was
saying that prices of petrol must be reduced and at that time PTI was not in
power.
Now when PTI is in power
then it is not reducing the prices of petrol. When the prices were reduced then
the availability of petrol was reduced which increased problems for public. This
is not good and government must make sure that official prices are charged for
petrol and it must be available to the general public.
PTI government is not
working as per expectations and it is also admitted by them as they are lacking
experience. However government is still in force and PDM is working in
opposition to eliminate the issues and working for the betterment of the
public. If all political leaders of Pakistan are working for benefits of the
country and the public then this country can get a lot of success as it is
filled with talent.
